Machi Fujimitsu (町藤光)
Fujimitsu (Hisamitsu?) MACHI (MACHINO?) (1390 - died December 15, 1469) was a Court noble during the middle of the Muromachi period. He was the head of the Machi clan from the Yanagiwara family, Hino line of the Northern House of the Fujiwara clan. Juichii (Junior First Rank) and Gon Dainagon (provisional major counselor).
His former name was 'Sukehiro.'
His father was Sukefuji MACHI and his mother was the daughter of Senjo TAIRA in Inaba Province. He became a priest and by the name of Jakucho or Jijaku.
