Ki no Akimine (紀秋峰)
KI no Akimine (year of birth and death unknown) was a poet of the early Heian period. Great grandchild of Dainagon (chief councilor of state) KI no Kosami. His father was KI no Yoshimine, Governor of Mino Province. His elder brother KI no Natsui was a capable official held in high esteem.
Between 889 and 898 produced poetry anthologies for poetry soirees held by the Dowager Empress. In imperial compilations of poetry, 2 of his poems are included in "Kokin Wakashu" (A Collection of Ancient and Modern Japanese Poetry) (poems No. 158 and 324).
